Game Design Stunts

Stunt Idea: Corkscrew + Curved Wall Run

Basically a corkscrew ramp transitioning into a horizontal wall loop (also viable vice-versa, horizontal wall loop into corkscrew).

Theme:

Time: Not too distant future
Setting: Urban crowded city, highway section
Time of day: Daytime clear skies

Everything is essentially the same as present day settings but with a more elaborate highway setup.



Color Palette:


Backstory:

As the city became more and more populated new highway systems were implemented to help elevate the traffic issues. A group of street racers were able to get into the highway transit system and closed off the highway for their own illegal street races whilst realigning the whole highway to a procedural track.

Setup:
News will be broadcast through screens that could be seen from the highway, siren sounds, etc...
Track will be more quiet and  static in the beginning and near the end of the first lap the highway starts to change . e.g. tracks start to form the horizontal wall in the distance. As the player runs through the map the more sections of the highway starts to disjoint.

Urban city setting (more asian city with signs on the side), cables (lots), street lights, tunnels, spike blocks

Landmarks: TV news broadcast screen, sky scrapers. Under construction sections

The tracks could also adopt speed boosting sections for certain areas. e.g. before the stunt (may or may not need it depending on how fast the cars actually go in game)
